we carefully pack and secure items for transport
each object we pack individually in paper or bubble wrap and carefully ensure that there is no slack
packed boxes with glass are packed with bubble wrap, put in a shipping carton and covered with sponges on all sides
For shipping, we use slick, durable cardboard with very thick walls
we cover the shipping carton with tape " CAUTION GLASS "

What to do on collecting the parcel

please check the contents of the package
in case the content is damaged:
- please let us know by email at sklep@ajmara.pl please provide the order number, a description of the damage and, if possible, send photos (or film)
- In order to confirm the damage, it is necessary to prepare a damage report in the presence of the courier
- Note: it is important that the damage report is made on the day of delivery of the package

Meeting the above conditions is the basis for us to initiate a complaint in DPD.

An elegant set of six (6) decorated whiskey glasses from the "GLACIER GOLD" collection.
This collection brings to mind the beauty and peace of icy landscapes.
The shape and texture of the glasses refer to a block of ice. They have gold decorations on their walls. There is a hand-painted gold rim on the upper edge of the glass.
Glass capacity: 350 ml.
Height: 9 cm.
Diameter: 9.8 cm.
The set is made of traditional crystal glass (24% PbO), the glasses are heavy and massive.
"GLACIER GOLD" whiskey glasses are packed in an elegant white box with the manufacturer's logo Bohemia Jihlava.
