each object we pack individually in paper or bubble wrap and carefully ensure that there is no slack
packed boxes with glass are packed with bubble wrap, put in a shipping carton and covered with sponges on all sides

What to do on collecting the parcel

- In order to confirm the damage, it is necessary to prepare a damage report in the presence of the courier
- Note: it is important that the damage report is made on the day of delivery of the package

Meeting the above conditions is the basis for us to initiate a complaint in DPD.

PRODUCT DETAILS

An elegant small decorative bowl from the "HOARFROST" collection (purple).
It is entirely handmade and polished.
The bowl consists of two layers of crystal glass. A layer of purple glass was superimposed on the original transparent layer. All this was made using the hot method at the shape-forming stage by the steelworker. Then, in some places, the purple outer layer is sanded and sandblasted.
Upper diameter: 13 cm.
Violet colour.
The "HOARFROST" bowl is packed in an elegant box from the manufacturer - Caesar Crystal Bohemiae.
It was made by hand from lead crystal glass (24% PbO).
Perfect for an exclusive gift.
The products of the Caesar Crystal Bohemiae glassworks are characterized by a unique method of combining two colors of crystal. At the stage of blowing and forming hot glass, the glazier applies colored glass to transparent glass.
This is a unique method in the world and at the same time a very difficult one.
