we carefully pack and secure items for transport
each object we pack individually in paper or bubble wrap and carefully ensure that there is no slack
packed boxes with glass are packed with bubble wrap, put in a shipping carton and covered with sponges on all sides
For shipping, we use slick, durable cardboard with very thick walls
we cover the shipping carton with tape " CAUTION GLASS "

What to do on collecting the parcel

please check the contents of the package
in case the content is damaged:
- please let us know by email at sklep@ajmara.pl please provide the order number, a description of the damage and, if possible, send photos (or film)
- In order to confirm the damage, it is necessary to prepare a damage report in the presence of the courier
- Note: it is important that the damage report is made on the day of delivery of the package

Meeting the above conditions is the basis for us to initiate a complaint in DPD.

A unique, eye-catching crystal set from the "GLACIER GOLD RIM" collection.
This collection brings to mind the beauty and peace of icy landscapes.
The shape and texture of the set's elements refer to a block of ice. The delicate gold decoration on the upper edges and the base adds splendor and elegance.

The set includes:

carafe (1) with a capacity according to the manufacturer of 900 ml (the actual capacity is 850 ml) and a height of 30 cm.
six (6) whiskey glasses with a capacity of 350 ml and a height of 9 cm.
six (6) wine glasses with a capacity of 250 ml.
six (6) 200 ml champagne glasses 24 cm high.

The set is made of traditional crystal glass (24% PbO).
The "GLACIER GOLD RIM" set is packed in 4 elegant white boxes with the manufacturer's logo Jihlava Bohemia.
