each object we pack individually in paper or bubble wrap and carefully ensure that there is no slack
packed boxes with glass are packed with bubble wrap, put in a shipping carton and covered with sponges on all sides

What to do on collecting the parcel

Turquoise cup and saucer (2 elements) from the "ALENTEJO" collection.
They are characterized by a traditional, rustic look, with eye-catching abrasions on the edges.
It is very functional, comfortable to use and useful in every kitchen.
Suitable for use in the microwave and dishwasher.
Made of the highest quality stoneware, it is very durable, so it can serve us for many years.
The capacity of the cup is approximately 220 ml.
The height of the cup is 6.8 cm and the diameter is 12.1 x 9.7 cm.
The diameter of the saucer is 16.8 cm.

OVEN, FREEZER AND MICROWAVE SAFE
All pieces manufactured in fine stoneware have high thermal shock resistance, withstanding temperature variations between -20?C and 250?C. The maximum thermal variation advised is 180?C. All stoneware products can be safely used in the oven, microwave, and freezer. As a precaution, you should avoid placing pieces straight from the oven on a cold surface. Do not use it over a direct flame. Avoid the use of products with craquelée surfaces such as Madeira, Riviera, Elements and Lisboa in the oven and freezer.

DISHWASHER SAFE
All products of Costa Nova are easy to wash and clean and abrasive cleaners can be used without the risk of damaging the surface due to its high durability and low porosity. Most items can be washed daily in the dishwasher. To ensure the items last longer - make sure that no item rubs or bumps against another during the wash cycle, preventing damage. As a precaution it is recommend to wash oversized items and more delicate pieces by hand.

FOOD SAFE
All COSTA NOVA products meet the standards established by International Standards including the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) with regard to lead and cadmium. They are food safe.

All COSTA NOVA stoneware products are hand-finished which provides them unique character. Any irregularities, color variations or small imperfections should not be considered defects, but unique marks of authenticity.
