each object we pack individually in paper or bubble wrap and carefully ensure that there is no slack
packed boxes with glass are packed with bubble wrap, put in a shipping carton and covered with sponges on all sides

What to do on collecting the parcel

please check the contents of the package

- In order to confirm the damage, it is necessary to prepare a damage report in the presence of the courier
- Note: it is important that the damage report is made on the day of delivery of the package

Meeting the above conditions is the basis for us to initiate a complaint in DPD.

Bag dimensions 35 x 38 x 14 cm.
Made of the highest quality coated paper (Exklusiv type), very thick and durable, with gold-plated letters and braided string with a golden shade. The bottom of the bag is reinforced.

The gift bag can hold:
- a set of 6 whiskey glasses.
- set of 6 long drink glasses.
- set of 6 champagne glasses.
- set of 6 cognac glasses.
- set of 2 wine glasses.
