we carefully pack and secure items for transport
each object we pack individually in paper or bubble wrap and carefully ensure that there is no slack
packed boxes with glass are packed with bubble wrap, put in a shipping carton and covered with sponges on all sides
For shipping, we use slick, durable cardboard with very thick walls
we cover the shipping carton with tape " CAUTION GLASS "

What to do on collecting the parcel

please check the contents of the package
in case the content is damaged:
- please let us know by email at sklep@ajmara.pl please provide the order number, a description of the damage and, if possible, send photos (or film)
- In order to confirm the damage, it is necessary to prepare a damage report in the presence of the courier
- Note: it is important that the damage report is made on the day of delivery of the package

Meeting the above conditions is the basis for us to initiate a complaint in DPD.

Oval bowl with a diameter of 35 cm, made of the highest quality Czech porcelain.
Decorated with a traditional motif, the so-called onion pattern . This pattern is also known as Modry Cibulak, Blue Onion or Zwiebelmuster.
The bowl can be used to serve a variety of dishes.
Diameter: 15 x ... cm.
The bowl was made in the Dubi porcelain factory. It is one of the best Czech porcelain producers. The products from this factory are characterized by an original style and very high quality.
The technique of cobalt decoration under the glaze.
