The Santoku KULL knife is a Japanese chef's knife. It is a knife with which you can perform most kitchen activities such as chopping, slicing or shredding. It ensures maximum precision when cutting vegetables, fish and meat. On the blade of the Santoku 16.5 cm KULL model, there are characteristic recesses (kullen) that prevent the cut products from sticking to the blade.
