The Seki Magoroku Shoso knife is made entirely of stainless steel - it ensures safe use and optimal hygiene. It has a matte finish, which adds unique elegance.
The blade is made of Japanese 5CR15MoV stainless steel, enriched with molybdenum, vanadium and carbon (0.8%). The handle is made of matte stainless steel (18/8) with a characteristic diamond pattern - it has an elliptical shape.
It is made entirely of stainless steel - ensuring safe use and optimal hygiene. It has a matte finish, which adds unique elegance.
