In the event that the parcel that arrived to us is damaged - has visible dents or tears in the cardboard - it should be opened in the presence of the courier. After discovering any damage to the contents, the courier is obliged to draw up a "damage report" on site. This is the basis for submitting a complaint to DPD and a refund for damage to the shipment.
If the purchased product has a defect (or is damaged), you have the right to file a complaint. This can be done by e-mail to sklep@ajmara.pl
Please enter:
- the order number in which the defective product was located,
- attach a photo showing the defect of the product,
- short description.
