All parcels sent from the Ajmara.pl store are very carefully packed and secured during transport with bubble wrap and sponges.
During delivery, we recommend that you open the package in the presence of the courier and make sure everything is in order. If we discover a breakage and damage caused during transport, please ask the courier to draw up a "damage report" on the spot. This is the basis for submitting a complaint to DPD and a refund for damage to the shipment.
