Orders

  • How can I place orders on Ajmara.pl?

    An order can be placed via the website www.ajmara.pl or by e-mail at sklep@ajmara.pl
  • How can you check if a product is available?

    Products that are available have the "Add to cart" button active.
    In addition, in the product details (next to its price) there is information about the available quantity.
  • What is the time to process the order?

    The standard order fulfillment time (from submission to delivery) is approximately 2-3 business days (within Poland). It is the time to record the payment, prepare and secure the purchased goods, and deliver.
    The estimated shipping time is given in the Product Sheet below the "Add to Cart" button.
    Delivery should take place on the next working day after shipment.
  • Can I check the status of my order?

    Yes, you can track the status of your order. All customers - both those registered on Ajmara.pl and those who made a purchase without registration (quick purchases) receive messages to the e-mail address with current information about the status of the order - with the number of the waybill and a link to track the shipment.
    The link to the page with information about the order status is sent in the e-mail with the order confirmation and can be found in the footer on the Ajmara.pl website Orders .
    In addition, customers who have an account in our store can keep track of the order status in the "Orders" tab.
  • After placing an order without registration, will I receive an e-mail confirmation?

    Yes, it does not matter if the customer has an account on Ajmara.pl or made quick purchases (without registration) - he will receive an order summary with details and a link to track the shipment to the e-mail address provided when placing the order.
  • I have not received an order confirmation by e-mail, what should I do?

    If you do not receive an order confirmation by e-mail, check the SPAM folder. Sometimes the order confirmation may have been mistakenly sent there (you should then add our e-mail address to the list of trusted recipients).
    If you still do not find our confirmation, please contact us by e-mail sklep@ajmara.pl and we will provide you with all information with the current status of the order.
  • Cancel a paid order.

    To cancel a paid order, contact us by e-mail at sklep@ajmara.pl .
    After checking where the order is at, you will receive further information.
  • Cancellation of an unpaid order.

    In the case of an unpaid order, it will be canceled automatically after 3 days.
  • I want to change my shipping address. How to do it?

    Yes, you can change the shipping address. Please let us know as soon as possible. If the parcel has not left for you yet, we can change the delivery address.
  • Can a dedication be attached to the order?

    Yes, a dedication can be attached to the order - it is a free option.
    Dedication will be printed on a decorative A6 sheet (1/4 A4) and in a white envelope attached to the package.
    The content of the dedication can be entered at the checkout during the ordering process.
  • Do we pack for a gift?

    For practical reasons, we do not pack as a gift.
    We care about the safe delivery of the purchased products, so we carefully protect them with bubble wrap during transport - we do not pack them in decorative paper.
    Most of the products in our store are packed by the manufacturer in gift boxes (see product details / packaging). These are usually navy blue or white attractive boxes or boxes with a product drawing.
