It is elegant, stylish and carefully finished.

Certified steel used in production is a guarantee of the high quality of the resulting product. It is the highest quality 18/10 chrome-nickel stainless steel. Production takes place in Italy in a small family workshop.

Sophisticated handles with a minimalist design, tapered knobs with a chrome finish emphasize the contemporary aesthetics. EMY offers a variety of shapes and sizes of trays that are very effective. Made of polished 18/10 stainless steel with metal handles.

EME was founded in 1974 by Egidio Mori and his brothers in Lumezanne, Northern Italy. Within a few years, he starts the production of cutlery with colored resin handles, which are very popular, which allows the brand to develop in a short time. Since 2006, the second generation of the Mori family has successfully continued the development process. Experience, knowledge, design and quality assurance are the main strengths of EME. The designs are created and developed by professional and experienced designers in order to achieve a unique and truly perfect product. POSATERIE EME products contribute to the "Made in Italy" image. CARE & MAINTENANCE
DISHWASHER
- Stainless steel products, with PVD, Sandblasted, Retro, and laser finishes, are dishwasher safe at 65 °C.
- Use a mild non-abrasive detergent that does not contain chlorine, alcohol or perfume.
- Remove and hand-dry the product as soon as the wash cycle fi nishes, if this would not be possible, open the door of the dishwasher so that the water vapor can come out and it does not create damp conditions.
- Avoid using a rinse-and-hold cycle: product left in a damp atmosphere can become stained or damaged.
- Do not mix silver plated and stainless steel items in the same cycle.Generally, drying in dish-washers does not prevent rusting: therefore dry manually immediately after washing in dishwasher.
HANDWASHING
- Use a liquid detergent or a cream, not powder.
- Do not use wire wool or abrasive cleaners and please avoid using slightly alkaline detergents, containing alcohol, perfumes and chlorine (bleach).
