we carefully pack and secure items for transport
each object we pack individually in paper or bubble wrap and carefully ensure that there is no slack
packed boxes with glass are packed with bubble wrap, put in a shipping carton and covered with sponges on all sides
For shipping, we use slick, durable cardboard with very thick walls

What to do on collecting the parcel

please check the contents of the package
in case the content is damaged:
- please let us know by email at sklep@ajmara.pl please provide the order number, a description of the damage and, if possible, send photos (or film)
- In order to confirm the damage, it is necessary to prepare a damage report in the presence of the courier
- Note: it is important that the damage report is made on the day of delivery of the package

Meeting the above conditions is the basis for us to initiate a complaint in DPD.

Top-quality double-sided glass nail file (Ajmara - navy blue color).
The file is light and easy to use. Fine-grained.
Made of high-quality tempered glass, it is characterized by durability (it is extremely resistant to abrasion, has a very long service life).
It allows for precise modeling of the nail shape, does not tear the plate, is suitable for both natural and artificial nails.
The file is hygienic and easy to clean, it can be washed under running water.
The file does not contain harmful substances, which was confirmed by the State Institute of Health in Prague.
