Provides maximum precision. The knife has a hand-friendly handle made of POM plastic, it fits perfectly in the hand. The blade is forged in Solingen and made of high-quality X50CrMo chrome-molybdenum stainless steel - specially gas-hardened and hand-sharpened. The knife is ideal for everyday use in the kitchen.
