Withdrawal from the contract

Die Rücksendung der in unserem Online-Shop Ajmara.pl gekauften Waren kann innerhalb von 30 Tagen ab dem Datum des Eingangs des Pakets beim DPD-Kurier oder ab dem Datum der persönlichen Abholung in unserem Lager erfolgen.

Please carefully and carefully secure the return shipment. The goods and their packaging should be returned to us intact. We encourage you to send it back by the same courier we send, i.e. DPD.

Refunds are made cyclically at the end of each week and no later than 14 days from the date we receive the returned goods. The money will be returned to the same account from which the order was paid.
In the case of an order paid in person or by card upon personal collection, please enter the bank account number to which the money is to be returned in the withdrawal form.
