How we pack securely

• we carefully pack and secure items for transport
• each object we pack individually in paper or bubble wrap and carefully ensure that there is no slack
• packed boxes with glass are packed with bubble wrap, put in a shipping carton and covered with sponges on all sides
• For shipping, we use slick, durable cardboard with very thick walls
• we cover the shipping carton with tape " CAUTION GLASS "

What we provide

• All parcels are insured
• We bear the risk that something will break during transport
• We do not charge a bunch of the culprits, we bear all costs in this respect

What to do on collecting the parcel

• please check the contents of the package
• in case the content is damaged:
  • please let us know by email at sklep@ajmara.pl please provide the order number, a description of the damage and, if possible, send photos (or film)
  • In order to confirm the damage, it is necessary to prepare a damage report in the presence of the courier
  • Note: it is important that the damage report is made on the day of delivery of the package

Meeting the above conditions is the basis for us to initiate a complaint in DPD.
