Return and withdrawal

For our clients, we offer a 30-day return for any reason.

You can do this in 2 ways:

Method 1 - simple cashless return procedure (in 3 steps)

• go to the website with the return form:
  • the link to the website can be found in the e-mails received from the store after placing the order
  • or (if you have an account in our store) in the customer panel, enter the order details and use the 'I want to return' button (Customer panel/orders/order details/the button is located under the order)
• Step 1 - with one click you can approve the return
• Step 2 - with one click you will download the ready (completed) 'return protocol' in PDF format
• Step 3 - you can ship the parcel easily and cashlessly
  • print the waybill downloaded from our website (or write the provided return number on the parcel) and take the parcel to the selected DPD Pickup point

  • you don't pay anything;
    We will deduct shipping costs (same as you paid) from the refunded amount

Returning the parcel

• Please carefully protect your package. The good and its packaging should return to us intact.
• We encourage you to send back the same courier company that we send - DPD. We know that the company handles shipments carefully and gives us the opportunity to check the content upon delivery.

Consumers’ Right of Withdrawal

The customer who is a consumer is entitled under Art. 27 of the Consumer Law, the right to withdraw from a distance contract, without giving a reason.

The deadline for withdrawing from such a contract is 14 days from the date on which you came into possession of the item or in which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you came into possession of the item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision on withdrawal from.
