Return and withdrawal

For our clients, we offer a 30-day return.

You can do this in 2 ways:

Method 1 - simple cashless return procedure

• Step 1 - Visit the returns form page:

You'll find the link to the page.

• in emails received from the store after placing your order
• in the customer panel, go to your order and use the 'I want to make a return' button (if you have an account with our store)
• in the order details - in the Returning Goods section
• Step 2 - Report a return
• • With one click, you can report your intention to return and download a ready-made (completed) 'return form' in PDF format.
  • With one click, you can download a printable waybill or return tracking number (which you write on the package).
• Step 3 - Ship the package - easy and cashless.
  • Take the package to a selected DPD Pickup point.

  • You pay nothing; we'll deduct the shipping cost (same as you paid) from the refunded amount.

  Returning the parcel

  • Please carefully protect your package. The good and its packaging should return to us intact.
  • We encourage you to send back the same courier company that we send - DPD. We know that the company handles shipments carefully and gives us the opportunity to check the content upon delivery.

  Consumers’ Right of Withdrawal

  The customer who is a consumer is entitled under Art. 27 of the Consumer Law, the right to withdraw from a distance contract, without giving a reason.

  The deadline for withdrawing from such a contract is 14 days from the date on which you came into possession of the item or in which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you came into possession of the item.

  To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision on withdrawal from.
